1. Select a Component: Start by picking the component you wish to schedule maintenance for from your list of previously created components.
2. Access Periodic Tasks: Navigate to the 'Periodic Tasks' tab and click on the 'New Periodic Task' button located at the bottom.
3. Create Your Task: Here, you can craft your task. Give it a clear title and a detailed description to ensure anyone on your team can execute it effectively. Don't worry about attaching manuals; if you've uploaded them, they're already linked to the component.

4. Set the Frequency: Decide how often the task needs to be completed. You can set it based on time intervals, such as weekly or monthly, or by usage metrics like miles or liters, depending on what suits the component best.
