Here’s how to invite your colleagues:
1. Access App Settings: Start by navigating to the settings within the app.
2. Find User Management: Scroll to the 'User Management' section to manage team access.
3. Initiate Invitation: Tap the "+" button located in the top right corner to add a new user.
4. Enter Email Details: Input the email address of the colleague you wish to invite, regardless of whether they are already registered on PlanM8 or not.
5. Assign a Role: Choose the appropriate role for your colleague, determining their access level and permissions.
6. Send Invitation: After saving your changes, an email invitation will be sent to your colleague. This email contains a link for them to access the boat's information on PlanM8.
If your colleague is new to PlanM8, they'll be prompted to create an account. Existing users will gain immediate access to the boat's details.
