Plan M8 is more than just a yacht maintenance app on your phone. The platform is designed to be fully integrated into your workflows and is prepared to interact with other yacht management software and tools you might be using.

Today we are presenting our yacht management software integration features.

Unplanned Maintenance Alert System

Do you manage a fleet of yachts and do you want to be immediately informed via slack when there is an unplanned maintenance on one of the vessels under your management? Or do you prefer a daily summary email of all breakdowns and warranty claims? Thanks to our easy integration with tools like integromat and zapier you can create and customise all kinds of alerts with just a few clicks. We have already some standard scenarios that come with your boat, like a daily summary of all unplanned maintenance tasks on all your yachts.

Task list for your yacht engineers

Create a task list for your engineers using our unplanned maintenance "refit" feature. Just create a new unplanned task and mark it as modification (refit). Your engineers go on the boat and can filter the list and perform the work and acknowledge.

Transfer and handle warranty claims right from the app

Whenever a captain or engineer on a boat creates a warranty claim, it can automatically be forwarded into a shipyards CRM system. We support all common CRM systems in the market, like Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Freshworks, Zoho CRM and many more. An UPM is created and just minutes later the shipyard can already handle the claim, contact suppliers and service companies and feedback to the management company of the yacht.

Example: Integrate Plan M8 with Trello

Do you run yacht management processes in your company with trello? But you still want to benefit from the exceptional maintenance functionality that plan mate offers? Then just integrate with trello. You can automatically create trello cards whenever an event happens in the maintenance platform.

API Based SaaS Yacht Maintenance

Plan M8 is completely open API based. A modern and well documented REST API can be used to interact with all parts of the platform.
